LAND USE: Residential – Contextual One / Two Dwelling (R-C2) District to a Residential – Grade-Oriented Infill (R-CG) District

DEVELOPMENT VISION: Like the site's existing R-C2 District, the proposed R-CG District is intended to facilitate grade-oriented development. The proposed land use change would enable a development vision that includes a total of four rowhome units and four basement secondary suites within a two storey built form along with four associated parking stalls (one per rowhome) and four alternative mobility storage units (one per secondary suite). The development is envisioned as a purpose-built rental and will provide a diversity of housing types within a low-scale built form that sensitively transitions to adjacent single-family homes.
