LAND USE: Residential – Contextual One / Two Dwelling (R-C2) District to the Housing – Grade-Oriented (H-GO) District

DEVELOPMENT VISION: The proposed land use change and development vision will realize new and much needed ‘Missing Middle’ rental housing options in Killarney-Glengarry. If approved, the land use change would enable a development vision that includes two residential buildings separated by a common courtyard along with a total of eight residential units: six 3-bedroom townhomes and two 1-bedroom units, within a 3 storey built form along with four alternative mobility storage units and four parking stalls accessed via the rear lane.
